Pregnancy

Yoga is regularly touted as the go-to exercise during pregnancy, and for good reason. Not only can yoga help alleviate some of the physical discomforts associated with pregnancy, but through yoga, you can also learn movements and breathing exercises that help during labour, how to connect the mind and body, and even ways to sleep more comfortably. For many, pregnancy is their first introduction to yoga so don’t worry if you’ve never even attempted a downward-dog, this class is for you.

 Postnatal

Through pregnancy and labour, the body goes through huge changes. Not only can yoga help with a weakened pelvic floor, stretched abdominals, and to rebuild muscle tone, but the practice can help you come to accept and love your new body. Yoga can be excellent way of easing the body back into movement after the changes associated with 9 months of pregnancy.

Restorative

Choose a restorative class if you’re looking to slow down and relax deeply. Using plenty of props, we mindfully ease into postures, and allow the muscles, and the mind to release. For many, the slow pace can be much more difficult to withstand that a powerful, fast-moving practice. It’s normally these people who could benefit the most from a restorative class.
